Laminated glass is a type of tempered glass that when broken, glass fragments will stick together without falling off because there is a film layer that adheres to the glass sheets like a spider web. It is the use of tempered safe glass or ordinary glass. 2 sheets or more of Annealed Glass / Floated Glass They are sandwiched together, with a layer of film between the glasses. Glass that has been processed in this way is called Laminated Glass.

Laminated Glass Raw Material
Laminated glass is the use of tempered safe glass or ordinary glass. The "lamination" is made in layers by sandwiching between the glass sheets with PVB (Poly Vinyl Butyral) or EVA (Ethylene Vinyl Acetate) film. The PVB film is then rolled into a roller that allows the PVB film to adhere to the glass. After that, the spliced glass is baked in an Auto Clave oven that controls the temperature and pressure to expel all the air.
