Acoustic Glass
Soundproof glass is a glass that has the property of blocking out sound. Efficient Regardless of the type of glass used, it must have a total thickness of not less. (In the case of double-glazing, there must be a gap of 70 mm or more) and a Sound Transmission Class or STC value of 30 or higher. If the thickness of the glass is more than 12 mm, the higher the STC value, the higher the STC value, the more noise blocking it will be.
Feature
– Strong, resistant to intrusion or theft, and has a long service life.
– Easy to clean
– Reduces UV rays and effectively blocks out external noise.
In making soundproof glass, there are 3 types of glass that are commonly used as components as follows:
1. Single glazing is glass with a pure single layer, whether it is clear glass or tempered tempered glass. etc
2. Laminated Glass is the use of two or more sheets of glass that are completely joined together with a layer of PVB (Polyvinyl Butyral), EVA (Ethylene-vi nylacetate) or SentryGlas film between the two glasses.
3. Double glazing is the use of two sheets of glass (single glazing or laminated glass) joined together by leaving a gap between the glasses.
